Allocated, not pooled
Where allocated storage applies, genuine item records should identify the metal recorded for your account. The signed schedule governs.
Facility evidence
Facility ratings and security controls are described only when current supporting documentation is available.
Scots Law bailment
The signed custody agreement records the intended legal relationship. Obtain legal advice on ownership, liens and redelivery rights.
Account audit trail
The portal records account events and security-label references. Independent assurance requires a separate third-party report.

Do not rely on a website description alone. Request current documentation identifying the storage operator, actual storage address, applicable facility rating, access controls and the records created at intake.
